1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ZS777 governing your access to and use of the platform, including all betting markets, casino games, card games, Aviator, live cricket scores, and any other services offered by zs777.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on zs777, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use zs777 you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZS777 does not permit players under 18 to register, deposit, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online betting platforms is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from zs777 or any associated platform.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or close associate of the family member of an employee or director of ZS777 or any of its service providers.

ZS777 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification documents, your account may be suspended and any balance held pending completion of the verification process.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

To use zs777's betting and gaming services you must create a registered account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information current and accurate at all times.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active zs777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If zs777 detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances or bonuses forfeited without notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zs777 login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. Do not share your login details with anyone. ZS777 will never ask for your password via email or live chat.

You agree to notify zs777 immediately at support@zs777.world if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ZS777 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3.4 Account Currency

All zs777 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, wins, and transactions are displayed and processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees on any transaction at zs777.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

ZS777 may at any point request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation. This typically includes a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of your registered mobile number, and proof of your payment method. Failure to provide these documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

4. Deposits

ZS777 accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods:

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. ZS777 reserves the right to return deposits received from payment sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, and to withhold any winnings generated from such deposits pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your zs777 account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Your account KYC verification must be complete. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available (non-bonus) balance.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the payment method registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5.1 Processing Times

ZS777 targets the following withdrawal processing times:

ZS777 makes every effort to process withdrawals within the stated timeframes. However, delays may occur where KYC verification is outstanding, where a withdrawal triggers a routine compliance review, or where technical issues affect third-party payment providers. ZS777 is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking systems outside its control.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ZS777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your zs777 bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using your bonus balance on eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous one is active may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• ZS777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit at zs777 may be eligible for the Welcome Bonus. The bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, eligible payment methods, and minimum qualifying deposit are specified in the current Welcome Bonus promotion page. The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and payment method.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ZS777 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering between accounts to meet wagering requirements, or using technical exploits to generate unfair advantage. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on zs777 — whether on cricket, sports, esports, or any other market — are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking the details of every bet before confirmation, including the selection, stake in PKR, and the odds displayed at the time of placement. ZS777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the circumstances described in Section 7.3.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement on zs777. The minimum single bet stake is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits are set per market and per event. ZS777 reserves the right to limit stakes on any individual account at its discretion.

7.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; the event is abandoned before a result is determined; or the market is suspended due to a technical error that affected the integrity of the odds at the time of bet placement. ZS777's decision on voided bets is final.

7.4 Palpable Errors

ZS777 reserves the right to cancel any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly posted in error (a "palpable error"). This includes odds that are materially different from those available on comparable markets at the same time. ZS777 will attempt to honour clearly erroneous bets where the error was minor, but materially incorrect odds may result in bet cancellation and stake refund.

7.5 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected markets at zs777. Live odds change continuously to reflect the current match state. ZS777 does not guarantee that live odds will be available for any specific event or at any specific time during an event. Bets placed on live markets that are subsequently found to have been placed after the relevant event outcome was determined (late bets) may be voided.

8. Casino & Card Games

ZS777 offers a range of casino and card games including but not limited to Teen Patti, Rummy, Poker, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Aviator, and live dealer casino games.

• All RNG-based games at zs777 use certified random number generators that are regularly tested for fairness by independent auditors.
• Live dealer games are provided by regulated third-party studio partners and are subject to those studios' operating procedures in addition to zs777's own rules.
• Game rules, house edges, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned. ZS777's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final.
• The minimum bet amount for casino and card games at zs777 is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits are displayed in the game interface.

9. Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

ZS777 is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, legal action:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with zs777 in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, rummy, or any other multiplayer game to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or market on zs777.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen card details or compromised mobile money accounts.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use zs777 to process proceeds of crime.

ZS777 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial regulatory bodies in Pakistan. Where fraudulent activity is detected, ZS777 will freeze relevant accounts, report the matter to the appropriate authorities, and take all available legal remedies.

10. Privacy & Data

ZS777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using zs777 you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, zs777 collects the data needed to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer regulations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Intellectual Property

All content on zs777, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and data, is the intellectual property of ZS777 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any zs777 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of zs777's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZS777 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical interruptions, platform downtime, or connectivity issues outside ZS777's reasonable control.
• Delays in live cricket score updates due to third-party data provider issues.
• Losses arising from decisions made based on live odds or scores displayed on zs777.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

ZS777's total liability to any player in connection with a single event or transaction shall not exceed the stake amount associated with that transaction. This limitation does not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from ZS777's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

14. Account Termination

You may close your zs777 account at any time by contacting support@zs777.world. Upon closure request, any real-money balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

ZS777 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms or any specific game or promotion rules.
• Evidence of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of automated tools.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to cease providing services to your account.
• Self-exclusion request made by you or an authorised representative.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, ZS777 may withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, ZS777 may forfeit the balance.

15. Changes to These Terms

ZS777 may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable regulations, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to their registered address or via a notice displayed prominently on the zs777 website.

The date shown at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of zs777 after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
